WELCOME TO DESIGN SEED!
‌In today's episode, we will be sharing a 2 storey designer courtyard villas that is nestled within the suburbs of Kota Kemuning
This vibrant township named Twentyfive7 by Gamuda Land, is tucked away approximately 40 mins away from the city area, and is inspired by quayside living, surrounded by lush and mature landscape.
It is quite rare to have a 2 storey house that could spaciously fit 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms within a build up of 2,960sf.
My favourite feature to the courtyard villas is this extended dining area that is surrounded by lush landscape. How about yours?

Do you have projects on inclusiveness ie people on wheelchairs, etc. Perhaps try to showcase a project on this as not many of us are aware for an inclusive home for all either for disabled or aged ones. Love your videos for the informative design ideas!! Keep it up! ❤
