All this taken into consideration last thing I would add is make sure your hand doesn’t come under your arm pit but more your elbow, it will guide it out the way from your head

I worked with the 'Chuks' off and on for Years, and never knew about that reverse, under the armpit, flip move! It took me quite a number of attempts, over about a 3 week period, to get the hang of it. It felt unnatural, at first!

I'm an experienced chucker and you kind of keep your elbows in a little too far I don't know if you're doing that for the camera or what but I know when I keep my elbows in I end up hitting My funny Bone and that is not funny so I usually keep my elbows out when I do that move that you were just doing

You are mostly right, but the problem with that is that you can only do one skill. Learn them both and take your lumps.
