Sylvie, why do they all leave them fist loosed like leaveing they fingers relaxed? And why if you see bokator or other variant in shadowboxing they do the opposite? Like they draw the entire movement as in a fight, but in all these shadowboxing they even do the complete movement

@plenty0fflux there's no reason to have a clenched fist when not punching, it wastes energy. In real contact they will clench the fist on impact, but shadowboxing is for speed and accuracy, so even boxers stay very loose in shadow.
