Does anyone experience clumping at the “forks” right under the burrs/dispenser? Experiencing this issue after only few weeks worth of coffee volume. This cleaning video definitely helps.

It has some flaws but it's an absolute workhorse in busy environments, so consistent. The problems only start if you don't take care of it/keep an eye on clump crusher. I will say the clump crusher is the only downside of the grinder.

@@platinumdynamite don’t forget the dosing button, the relay box and the fact that a 1/4” gap near the chute dumps tons of coffee inside. It was junk then it’s garbage today.

@@Buxtonphil it's not perfect but I'd take this over a K30 any day. Honestly ours runs like a dream 95% of the time on accuracy and consistency. Remember this was 'the' grinder at the time, before you couldn't rely on a grinder to dose well at all.
