I'm 3 weeks into my nursing program & completely failed my first exam. 🥵 I was feeling so discouraged & down, but I had to stop beating myself up over it. I know this is my career path is my calling and I can do it! I have my second exam tomorrow & I'm determined to pass & succeed 😭❤️ I love your videos. They are so encouraging. Keep up the great work! oh i am so sorry! i completely agree with Kelly, you are NOT the only one! i had to go see my academic counselor because i also failed my first ever nursing exam! its so difficult learning how to answer those questions. you GOT it!!

I go to bed early, wake up early. I do yoga in the morning and it wakes up my body and gets the blood flowing. Combined with breathing exercises it makes a great foundation for a good day and cook a nice meal that has lean proteins, low in fat, and low in carbs

Wonderin’ what is a nurse’s hygiene/shower routine on a day off..like a pamper routine..nurse here and would love to see other nurses do a pamper/shower routine..
