I don’t think 30 mins is realistic for one person. But without the timeframe, one person can really do it. I did ours by myself. I brought only the pieces that I needed in the bedroom because of small area to manoeuvre. Also the headboard I’ve done it not according the manual but as I needed it at the time.

@@kirkfletcher6028 You're welcome. Our room was upstairs and its just got enough space for bed and wardrobe. So when it was delivered I asked them to just put it in the lounge. And then I unboxed it in the lounge go through the manual. And then just bring the stuff needed upstairs. Starting with just the base frame. Then work my way through. All the best!

I only showed photos as I was assembling it because there’s no space in the bedroom and it’s my first time opening it and assembling the unit. The sequence of the photos there are exactly how I assembled. It’s very easy once you bought the unit, the manual is so easy to use and it’s also pictures/drawing on the manual. However, Emma bed got video on how to assemble on their website as well if you need it. I personally didn’t use it. I just learned that they have a video after I assembled it myself.
