I’m doing it for the first time I don’t even know what tryouts are like it’s at a new studio my old studio never did stuff like this so I’m nervous and excited

@@sofia_Dancer_soccer i haven’t done nutcracker in 7 years so this year I’m doing it again, tryouts can be very scary, I was scared when I went for tryouts but, mostly the people there are super nice and supportive, and I made bunch of mistakes at tryouts. If you don’t get in, it’s fine, you can try again next year. But good luck!

sharing this in case it helps: people (like myself) who are prone to migraines are usually deficient in magnesium. since I began taking magnesium supplements (500mg) per day, the severity and duration of my monthly headaches have significantly decreased.
