Wow what a eye opener I’m a 60 year old male and have just been diagnosed with prostate cancer I’ve never smoked or drank ever!! But i have been into physical fitness all my life and have had a very high animal based protein diet for over 45 years but after much research and listening to Mr Campbell (who deserves a medal!) I’m now going to change my diet to a whole foods plant based regime let’s hope i live long enough to reap the rewards, thank you Mr Campbell for your information 😊

I love all of you courageous, wise souls who are sharing HONEST scientific research results. It´s such important information, thank you for generously sharing it, Dr. Campbell. I was surprised to see macular degeneration on your list of diseases which whole-foods-plant-based eating can reverse/suspend/cure. My 91 year old father has macular degeneration and it runs in our family so that´s good news (for me at least since I eat whole-foods-plant-based).

Doing great on plants. I suffered from metabolic syndrome (obesity, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and high blood sugar). I went whole food plant based no sugar oil or salt and I lost 65 pounds, all my conditions greatly improved, my gums stopped bleeding, and erections and energy returned. I used to have an appetite that was never satisfied; whole foods cured it. I no longer use a sleep apnea machine. Finally, the food is cheap-Beans, lentils, rice, potatoes and seasonal apples. Also, I save money by not having to buy pills or visit the Doctor. I am thankful to all the vegans who suffered attacks to reveal the truth to me.

Thanks a lot. The China Study is the bible of WFPB nutrition. The two principles really helped to clear up so much confusion and help me see the truth. Dr. Campbell helped me clearly see the carcinogenic properties of milk and diary products as well as all animal bodies and secretions. Dr. Campbell also helped me see clearly the futility and carcinogenic properties of all non whole plants, such as supplements, drugs, sugar oil salt, and all manmade or extracted isolated chemicals. Dr. Campbell also helped me understand the healing power of whole plants. God bless!

This lecture was a deep dive into many aspects of animal protein and the specifics on how animal protein creates disease. I also like the excellent summary of how animal protein made its way to the level of importance many people give it. It is a lecture needing to be shared, especially to our meat eating friends and family.

I been wholefood plant based for two months now. I feel great! I have never felt so good! I am 50. When I mention it to family and friends, they all talk me out of not eating meat. They think I am nuts. But I listen to content like this and read the books by these doctors and know different. I am not turning back. I just learned the connection with aluminum and Alzheimer's! I threw out all my aluminum cook ware lol! Why haven't I learned this stuff years ago? My mom and dad have passed away with multiple chronic illnesses. I will not follow that path. My eyes have been opened. The stuff I used to eat! I don't even miss it. I lost weight without trying. I am a normal BMI now and my clothes feel better and even loose. Digestive health improved as well. I want to run through the street and shout!

This study was based on a meta-analysis of 17 studies done before June 2013. That means that these are older studies possibly funded by the dairy industry which has huge money. Let's face it. There is no money in whole food plant-based nutrition. People don't make a lot of money off of broccoli or carrots or oatmeal or corn. But there's huge amounts of money in the dairy industry. In reading over the research, it looks like consumption of yogurt is the most beneficial and I believe it's because of the active cultures which keeps the gut bacteria healthy.

Even if cancer might be have triggered by consumpsion of 36 years of nonveganism (carnism) i DONT say my cancer was CAUSE of meat consumpsion .im intelectualy honest that even if meat cause more cancer. my cancer might have been caused by something else, or partialy by animal corpses consumpsions and thier secretions. "i had a cancer i wasnt vegan now im vegan cancer is gone" yes, but some plant base ddiet since birth get cancer (whats the ratio? could be interesting. how born vegan plant based diet get cancer or not, and other factor ) im still happy to survive cancer hodgkinien and be plant based diet, and vegan

I've had the same issue with this study. He needs to make it more clear how he came to include other animal proteins as carcinogenic. I totally get that they tested casein in the petri dish on cells and it turned on cancer growth. I read the China study. I'm still not sure how Dr. Campbell came to include all animal proteins as carcinogenic. I don't think he just came to this willy-nilly. I think he's looking at the data and presenting it from all the different groups they studied in China and it seems that the more animal protein in general people ate the higher rates of cancer.

If you eat whole food plant based the supplements recommended are b-12 and perhaps D. These are also 2 vitamins recommend for all Americans. B-12 comes soil bacteria. Because animal feed is sterilized b-12 is a supplement fed to animal livestock. Then we get it from them. D is the lack of sun that majority of us do not get. 🖖
