To Steve I was so sick from a lectin rich diet I ended up in the hospital multiple times. I happened to be on the same diet from year past thinkin it was a healthy choice with 3 servings of lectin and night shades a day , Any doctor obviously said "it couldn't be my diet" especially once I had been gluten and dairy free for years . No matter if it was a gut or skin doctor they couldn't figure it out, In the end all the medicine made things worse. Knowing I had the discipline to undergo the full lectin diet restrictions I started it at once and saw outstanding results immediately. My multiple year heartburn well it was no more. My ulcers cleared up . I lost 55 Lb even though I never have spent as much on food the price was worth it as it pays of 10 fold in others (ie overall health and well being , med exp) Mental clarify no mid day crash. I know its partially big pharm padding their pockets but it is also part ignorance of the populace people will deny the change in our food industry's and the unfortunate way agriculture if grown these days is harming us more then healing thank you for sharing your knowledge. Life is short and I just wanted to thank you. I wont forget what you have taught me.

Cashews used to be my "go to" nuts, until i found out it was the cause of my litivigo skin condition. 2 months after having quit cashews, the litivigo was gone. I wouldn't have known about this trouble maker if it wasn't for the great job Dr. G is doing informing us about le ctins. Thanks again Dr. G

I got alot of questions, espically relating to the foods i have for now •I know based on one of your videos i've seen, food companies are litteraly hiding sugar content, (not counting the one that's shown), through dividing the amount of carbohydrates by four, has helped me to indentify the sugar content in my Mission Tortilla Strips that my mother, by the way gave me two bags of, theres alot of them in just one too, though i don't want to just throw it away! Cause that's wasting food (espically since my mother, though...heck! I mean just like any common person, they'd also say the same)

Dr Gundry, it says on your website in the article on nightshade that paprika is a no no. I then watched a video from you saying paprika is made with the seeds and peel removed and so is OK. I am in the uk and I have contacted my supplier of herbs and spices from hy supermarket. They say they use up to 50% of seeds and peel and this is the traditional way it is done. I really miss paprika, can I use this if it is just 50%?!

@@farahd4194 Fruits, vegetables, (all kinds), beans, Ezekiel bread, chocolate pancakes, oatmeal, etc. I make my food from scratch, avoid processed foods which are laden with oil. I make homemade chili, vegetable soup, black bean fajitas, oatmeal cookies, salads, all kinds of vegetable combinations. The choices are endless and the food is very flavorful. You can use all kinds of spices. There are many great products that are oil free. I have spaghetti with homemade sauce, pizza without cheese. There are flat breads with no oil that you can use. There are many videos on you tube that show you how to do it and how to make it very easy for people with limited time. I converted from the American diet to plant based and will never go back. Food just tastes so much better.

I think probably any food that is not readily edible the way it exists in nature is bad for humans. After all, there's a reason why we can't chew on dry beans or legumes. Maybe when they are still green and not picked and dried, like green peas... Just a wild thought 😁 In any case, the modern western diet is full of much worse stuff than quinoa or unpeeled almonds. Refined sugar for one - you can't escape it, it's in freaking EVERYTHING. The same goes for YEAST - you can't find anything made of flour without yeast in it! And preservatives, taste enhancers, colour correctors, smell improvers... the list can take this whole comment section. It's hard to eat healthy if you live in a big city and belong to the working segment of society. One is doomed to become an easy prey for Big Pharma 😁😁
