@wolf7el356 That's not a true statement because Ice Cube wasn't the one who came up with the name NWA, Eazy E, and Dr Dre was. Plus they approached Ice Cube about joining the group because Cube was with another group before joining them even doe the name didn't come to afterward.

No FUCKN way NWA is a better group than PE! It ain’t about a coast. NWA wasn’t conscious enough although they let people know what was going on in the hoods of LA. You gotta give it to PE! They were Black Panthers without admitting it. They were for BLACK CULTURE AND CONSCIOUSNESS PERIOD. And I guarantee you Cube would agree.

Both groups wewre legendary and changed the face of hip hop . Going both plus Cube did get The Bomb Squad to produce his debut solo album AmeiKKKa's Most Wanted so the 2 groups are linked . Besides got mad respect for both groups .

They are both legendary groups and started movements. Public Enemy started the socio-political movement, NWA started gangsa or reality rap or street knowledge whatever term u want to call it. They both created massive movements so any of them is good enough. But if it's down to Impact no group comes close to NWA. Their tree is possibly the biggest tree in hip hop spanning 3 decades plus Kendrick Lamar being one of the latest off the tree.
