Had some 13k shinos 2.5k on baryon mode Naruto shaft and 5k on Naruto the last Full kit but ex ult shaft 😢😢😢 and now remaining like 5.8k shinos left ig what to do 😅?

Anniversary units are generally unbeatable Until the next anniversary units arrive. But ex ult isn't guaranteed from the exchange shop, so it's up to you bro...

Not every base, only those with Naruto/Sasuke The last as far as I've noticed. I may be completely wrong tho.
