During their final few months of service, Coventry’s Tridents were allocated more spontaneously. Route X30 had never been a regular for any double decker, but saw them more frequently just in time before the fleet went all electric!
4450 is filmed here with some kickdown and being maxed out down the A46. This one of course transferred to Walsall and Wolverhampton to become quite the celebrity, and strangely sounded a bit healthier than here!
