I take a walk in NYC's Financial District the Christmas Season. I start off at the Oculus shopping mall, and make my way towards Brookfield Place, One World Trade Center, Wall Street, New York Stock Exchange Christmas Tree, and Charging Bull statue.

So appreciate the tour of the Wall Street area. My mother worked in The Equitable Bldg, 120 Broadway, for Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst and Young) from 1954-66 and I worked at 1 Wall Street (for Fiduciary Trust Co.) from 1959-62. I worked in The Equitable Bldg. during the summer of 1957 when I was 16 yrs old. There weren't so many tall buildings in those days - and no scaffolding. Ken -- you have the BEST videos - I felt like I was back in New Yawk!!!! 2 days ago, on Nov. 26th, I turned 83 yrs young.

I like how gracious you are when people who recognize you insert themselves into your videos. I realize it makes you look good and reinforces how well known you are; but you could just as easily tell them to f*#@ off and edit them out of the finished video. I'm 100% believe that the Wall Street tree is better than Rockefeller center. I mean it all depends on what you're looking for but I just think it is so much more pretty and I love that you can get up close to it. I love the holiday decorations downtown.

I visited the New York Stock Exchange in 1968 on a class field trip from Intermediate School 8 in Jamaica, Queens, NYC sponsered by our economics teachers. 30 years later I went to the Bank of New York to deposit my paycheck in a money market account that paid higher interest rates than a regular savins account. By the way it was at their headquarters at 40 Wall Street. And one of my earliest memories is the TV series How to Marry a Millionaire that takes place in my old hometown. It had future TV star Barbara Eden from 1957 til 1959.

Hay it's so sad to see so many buildings here in New York City wrapped in scaffolding I didn't see much scaffolding in your London videos I guess the buildings there are better maintained 😢
