I take a walk from Grand Central Terminal to Times Square during Tropical Storm Ophelia. The storm brought rain to the NYC metro area for the entire weekend. However, it didn't stop the tourists from enjoying their time in New York. I saw many of them taking pictures in the rain, riding tour buses, and experiencing the Broadway plays.
