Thank you so much for you detail and patient production. I wonder did you the thermo level to fasten the growth rate or does temperature rotation of the root level change anything? I think if at night we rotate the temperature at the root may quicken the growth rate because it may accelerate the photo and thermosynthesis

Interesting way of germinating in wet stones. Haven't seen it done that way, usually they seed into rock wool cubes. Thanks for the video

This video popped up in my feed and I love pak choi, so I decide to click on it. I love this. I subscribed and clicked the button. Now I will have to catch up on some of your other videos. I am starting small to see if I can grow these and other greens in the winter time indoor with hydroponics. My first attempt was a failure, but I am trying again. Thank you. Those pak choi are beautiful. Oh, the baby is so cute! Nice.
