I don't mind it, it's very sweet as you say. You gave it 5/10 which is fair, I'd give 6 maybe 6.5 because I like the sweetness on it, it's like a dry sherry.

after a 4 pack it certainty taste better as ya go! Personally I prefer the sweet malt flavor rather than the more bitter ones. As its already 8.5% its already naturally bitter from the alcohol so that sweetness just helps lift that bitter hard alcohol aftertaste.

OJ Beer sent me a load of their brews to review I've did a few so far videos coming out soon. I haven't drank this and really enjoyed it. Yes it's sweet and I thought it was kinda similar to Special Brew but I thought it was miles better than Carlsberg Special Brew..

Look forward to those. This was a bit better than Carlsberg for me. Maybe it’s Carlsberg’s name that made me think they’re Special brew was gonna be any good.

It didnt feel like an 8.5% when I tried it, but god knows what the 20% they do tastes like!

You should try their 5% pilsner it’s in a blue can, my local off licence has recently got them in, weirdly replacing where the oranjeboom used to be lol
