che belle voci, anche a fine carriera valgono il migliore cantante dei tempi nostri (ammesso che ce ne siano, tra tenori corti camuffati in baritoni pietosi).

I really hate to say it, but this is not good. Both great singers in their day, but neither is on form here, and it also seems under-rehearsed. This duet is sublime when sung properly, but they don't do it justice here. (Best version for me is Domingo/Pavarotti at the met Gala 1991).

This sounds so awkward. Both Kraus and Bruson seem unsuited and out of character. Kraus also makes a mistake in the opening recit. Fortunately, he was reading it! LOL They sound like the fathers of Rodolfo and Marcello.
