Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pie Recipe Ingredients
1 stick unsalted butter (113g)
1/2 cup flour (75g)
1 cup quick-cooking oats (80g)
1/2 cup white sugar (105g)
1/2 cup light brown sugar (120g)
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (200g)
-mixed in with 1 Tablespoon flour (15g)
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
extra 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (50g) to place on the top
1 9-inch pie crust

Simple and tasty! Would go great with a scoop of ice cream too. Just to ask, should we refrigerate the unused portion?

Thank you! And yes, ice cream would definitely be good with this. That's a good question. Keeping it in the refrigerator would probably be best, but I usually keep my pies on the counter at room temperature...so even though you shouldn't do what I do, I've never had a problem haha Let me know if you try this! 🍪🍦🥧👨‍🍳

I think I’ll try to make this with golden sultanas and chopped walnuts instead of chocolate( as I’m not a fan..😂) Looks delish though !
