You have a horrible food industry with a ton of fastfood. 39.6% of your adult population is obese, and most of those don't have proper health care. In 2016 a study concluded that around 32 million adults in the USA can't read properly. You have a very high emission rate compared to first world countries. Please explain to me how your country is so great?
