David Arriaga it was type hard to watch the beating Favre was taking smh and when the camera was cutting to his wife with concerns i felt bad smh like she was watching a murder in front her eyes. But this is why Favre is what I consider a the real iron man of the NFL cause he stuck it out and still made competitive. When Troy said “ Favre smiling” Favre knew what he was up against and didn’t care because he wanted to get to the Super bowl. He embraced it. At the age 41 at the time taking them hits, you knew he loved every bit of it when he got back up in pain but was still firing till the end. A true competitor and a HOF what he truly deserved

And it was really stupid and totally unnecessary! The Vikings should have retaliated but it doesn't look like the thought even crossed their minds and Farve should've been protected at the cost of the game since he could have simply retired, the Vikings would have lost any game if he was out after this game and they wouldn't have made it as far as they did without him so the whole game was a massive disappointment on every other players part on the Vikings team for not being more physical back.

The Vikings could have won this game by four touchdowns, I’ve never seen more terrible ball security at any level of football. Childress also showed what a failure of a coach he was sending twelve men into the huddle out of a timeout, that guy should’ve been fired immediately after the game. As for the Saints, Payton and everyone involved with paying players to try and seriously injure Favre should have been banned from the NFL forever.
