I would argue that the Rebublic were not necessarily the good guys. Both the Rebublic and Seperatists were valid but yes that is a long conversation.

@@cosmicriptid The ideas of the Republic were good, just as time went by it became corrupted enough for Palpatine to take full control of it. Had Palpatine been stopped the Republic would have been flawed but still the good guys, although it still might have kept degrading until it was the very evil it was made to stop. At the very least the majority of the leaders of the Republic as well as the Clone Troopers were good, but they were deceived and used.

Ahsoka series is what I am most excited about but Andor is what expect to be a world builder series which will answer many questions. Bail was the spark.

While Bail on the other do the finance, espionage + martyrdom - That will spark and give rise to the whole populace across galaxy to stop the tyranny of the empire...

Having seen the effectiveness of the Onderon resistance against the CIS , Anakin should have been more prepared for the rebels when they started being a problem especially as he knew Saw.

Anakin personally trained Saw during Clone Wars too. Not to mention; the non-strategic rebellious tactics that many of the characters use throughout the saga are all “inspired” by Anakin’s impulsiveness during the Clone Wars: Anakin literally set himself up with his own Rebellion

Bail Organa really is the unsung hero that kicked a lot of things off, not the least of which being raising Leia. I mean, without Leia, Luke would never have left Tatooine.

Do we know that Bail was on Alderon when it was destroyed? The senate had just been dissolved, it would make sense if he were still on Coruscant tying up loose ends.

Phoenix Squad also joined up with that existing fleet Ahsoka was a part of lead by Commander Sato. Commander Sato was an influential early Rebellion leader.

They all came together yes even bail but there was one rebellious instigator that truly brought them all together. Just ask revan, there were flaws in the Republic and the empire alike. The one rebellious spark that shattered both and brought everyone together was that poor kid cursed with prophecy to bring balance.
