Wow! I still cry every time I see Obitos death. Naruto is one of the few shows you hate a character but then end up loving them. My gosh, this guy is the man who changed the course of Naruto’s life by taking the jinchuriki from Kushina basically sealing her and Minatos fate but yet I get emotional with his death and so glad he got to see Rin. The same with Nagato who was responsible for Jiraiyas death yet I hated his death. Heck, I even got emotional at Zabuzas death when he had a flash of humanity and wanted to die by Haku. A great show!

Beautiful episode. It humanized Obito a lot. And furthermore he saved Kakashi's life (arguably the person he doesn't particularly love) twice, both times in exchange of his own. Few things scream hero like that. Rest in Peace Obito, you are the best Hokage Konoha never had!

My favorite character in the whole series. The ending moment between Obito and Rin was so great. We have to remember Rin doesn’t just think of Obito as we do in the context of Obito being an enemy turned hero in the end, Rin views him as a hero the whole time, who just took a dark turn. Obito made a lot of these decisions completely by himself, with no one knowing and remembering him but her and Kakashi. Kakashi thought he was dead so, only Rin truly saw that innocent boy with Hokage potential, go down this demonic path and become a monster. She’s the only one that can truly grasp just how lonely Obito’s existence was.

Damnn Obito's death hurts always the same. I always think that this sentence sums pretty well his character "The uchiha with an uzumaki's heart". Obito is an incredible character, easily on my top 3, his background and backstory are one of the worst one to live, but though, we found compassion once we're diving into his lovestory with Rin. The man did everything he could for his lover, a true lovestory, he did everything for redemption at the end and we're so proud of him!!! I regret he couldn't become Hokage ! The TRUE hero ! obito imagine when he become the hokage. minato and kushina is alive, there is no uchiha massacre and because of that Itachi will not going to become a rogue ninja and sasuke will never left the village and there will be no war. See that's why Pain Arc is the greatest arc in Naruto at least, I remembered even in your own reaction to Shippuden ep 164 & 165 "Pain's Justice" Devi herself says at 30:40 "You see that how blinded we were like the same as Naruto, cuz he never even thought about this whole different perspective! ... He never thought about like what about that village? How about this village?" This is exactly what Naruto is doing right now, and has been doing since Tendo Pain gave him that speech! That was the moment that changed Naruto, that's where Naruto's actual character development began! And I said Tendo Pain's speech and not Nagato's cuz he had already been fighting Nagato all this time and only been thinking about revenge but after those words Naruto changed mid fight! He even fought that same battle with a different perspective starting from there, he no longer just wanted to kill Pain, he wanted to talk to Nagato. Naruto has always empathized with villains, starting from the very first, Zabuza. But those were just Naruto's inherently feelings, he was a kind soul, but after the Pain Arc Naruto started actively thinking about the "WHY", why did the enemy turned out like that? Why did someone do that? Why is something happening? Why would a human being become such hateful/cold hearted? Pain completed Naruto's character, from that point on, he was the main character and author of his own Novel. He character had been developed, now he had to carry the story forward.

Personally saw that some ( specially naruto haters ) have a weird problem for naruto's line as " obito is nothing but awesome too me " and I never get it 🙂 . Here me out a little : Naruto's complete line is " As someone who wanted to be hokage , obito is awesome to me " . It signifies a detail which was even showcased with kid obito meeting rin in limbo . Why not his older or current version ? Naruto's referring to the young obito who indeed was awesome 👌 . Showing despite obito's loss of purpose/place and identity , despite calling himself nobody/madara and ... , he finally died as the same old obito wanting to be hokage , trusting his dream to naruto and saving him . The plot and naruto doesn't try to justify obito's actions like " he did nothing wrong " or sth 😶 . Obito even clearly says that he as a criminal who did bad things , needs to get punished 💯 Anyway , obito >>>>

Obito is one of the best character in naruto verse. His pains made the last scene even more sad. But he taught us its never too late to turn back.

After all that Obito has done to the shinobi world and to Naruto himself. killing his parents, killing neji, forming a criminal group, manipulating nagato, manipulating sasuke, declared war on the five great powers and others. Naruto as an ordinary human must have feelings of hatred towards Obito, but what made him forgive Obito was; I think it is Naruto's kindness and maturity that he got from all the battles, journeys and experiences he has gone through to be able to understand and be able to forgive someone. And I think the most important lesson from Naruto's journey is during PAIN ARC. In the battle against Pain, he understands that one person in the course of his life can change his ideology and view of life on the meaning of peace and justice in the shinobi world from the suffering he has experienced, and everyone including Obito is fighting for peace and justice according to their perspective. And what's great about naruto is that he understands that and doesn't hate obito but he fights according to his beliefs for his peace and justice, if he hates obito it will be in vain and only become a cycle of hatred that doesn't end so if obito is aware and has dreams and the same version of justice as naruto, then there is no point for naruto to harbor hatred against obito, but improving relations to fight together is the best solution. PAIN ARC is one of the greatest arcs of an anime. and RIP for Obito 😭😭one of the most influential characters in naruto.🙏🙏

And I bet Madara did his best too, he was probably just caught up with Izuna’s death and the Uchiha Tablet that Black Zetsu forged to manipulate the Uchiha. The main villains here, Danzo, Sasuke, Indra, Pain, Obito, Madara, even Itachi, if you count him as one, were all just manipulated by their desires but they all did their best.

Obito mastery over chakra and his will to help Naruto and Kakashi was so great that dude pulled one of the most OP feat in Narutoverse or even most op feat. From the time Sexy jutsu was used this story stopped using the little logic they had left. Like i can understand that Obito can move in heavy gravity, bcoz of him being six path level. But if Naruto and Sasuke can barely move even after being far superior than both Kakashi and Obito. There is no way that Kakashi and Obito can move in all this shit. Naruto and Kaguya are far superior physically than any other person present there, but are not moving that much freely like Kakashi who is 2nd last weakest. There are literally tonne of way to even counter that attack. Bruh plot armour is so obvious that kaguya didn't used infinite Tsukyomi on Naruto. Didn't used time-space techniques to attack them with bone jutsu. But it isn't even end of this bs powerups.

I'm really not trying to cry especially in front of my roommate and his girlfriend because this episode is sad I have the persona of Obito himself in reality my best friend/brother from way back when i would've sacrifice myself for my best friend so he can live on Because somebody has to tell the rest of the story 🖤
