I would say when Naruto returns to the village after defeating Pain was one of the coolest moments. When Iruka and Ebisu Sensei talk about him and flash through all of his memories it literally gave me the chills and I finally saw that Naruto was indeed powerful.

For me the most hyped up moment not concerning the main characters is when Madara casted the Mugen Tsukuyomi. The english dub when he shout to launch it "Now, become ONE!!" is a big nope but the original was dope, but in Ninja Storm dubbed his spell and launching was respectively more profound and hyped at powerful at the activation and somehow redeemed the forever amazing Madara dubber for the "become one" moment. Aside of the incredlible dubbers both japanese and english of Madara, his Saviour of the World" speech is something special.
