Another way to counter negative thoughts is to battle it by saying to yourself 'What if it all works out better than I can imagine?' and then think out that scenario...it helps!

Hey obi! This vlog was fun with the club and hanging out, and all that. I especially wanted your cheeseburger and fries so bad...lol! It's get warm in the United States, so I can now venture out more, and I'm planning on getting me a burger like that. 😊 I also enjoyed the pups too...they are so cute. I see why you love to have them around especially when your down. I'm guilty of overthinking myself, and to get out of my mood, I go somewhere to slow my brain down. That sometimes help. That has nothing to do with being an influencer, it's more about what type of personality you are and what you prefer. I keep my head wear at home too. Unless I'm visiting in someone else's place I'll take it off
