It ‘s so much more real when you see someone who is visiting your hometown this perspective of reality . In Athens you never feel solo it’s an almost surreal feeling that you’re always under this light … healing is made easier here 😊

kind of crazy how i haven't run across this channel until now, considering i've been consuming youtube fitness content for over a decade. the vibes are immaculate. there's something more mature about this channel than the typical guzman/steve cook/etc type of fitness influencer channel. kind of excited to be a new subscriber, and look forward to more videos in the future. 🙂

As a fellow introvert, I relate to reflexively wanting to protect my social battery and not take the first steps in jumping into group activities, especially when travelling and already feeling so stimulated by new surroundings and the unknown. It was amazing and big props to you in seeing you put yourself out there and try new activities like the group guided tour. It seems pretty easy to see how much all of your trip gives you the opportunity to search, to find yourself if it makes sense. This kind of video is really appreciable, you're sharing your thoughts about your "reason to do/reason to live", your expectations and surprises about what you're discovering.
