Thanks for the guide raptor. I've been working on missions for the last few days. Passed a bunch easily then got stuck on SPG 11 for the Obj 260. Crazy RNG with teams and maps but I finally did it. 4 more missions to go and I'll never have to play an SPG ever again!

excellent advice. I especially liked the idea of arty for doing 3x damage of your HP, I never thought of this and it makes sense now looking much easier

Three years ago I got obj 260. Man, that much frustration was not worth. Curently im on Chimera missions, but I totally dont care about them. It is nice surprise when I complete some of them after battle :)

For anyone who would struggle with the union 7 mission: I have tried Obj.268v4 but it didn't worked for me. I have completed this mission with the SU-14-2 (tier8 arty) with stock gun(to pump out as many shots as possible), full gold HE, with setup: bounty gun rammer, bounty vents, and bounty improved rotation mechanism, food, and directive for rammer. Also, try to focus less armored tanks to increase chance of doing crit. hit.

I kind of stopped the missions after the Chimera but armed with these tips might give them a go again later on in the year. Cheers

I have not focused on these missions for a whole year. I will start to try them again after I finish Steel Hunter. Currently trying to finish TD15 and HT15 for T55A and then I will have all the orders for skips so Obj260 will be easy to get. Chimera missions are currently finished for French and Russian tanks but the Brit/USA and German/Japan are 3 and 0 at moment so I have those to focus on. I only play solo so the kill missions will be the hardest, I rarely focus on kills so my ratio of Top Guns to games is quite low and I think I may need to skip that one. Helpful guide RR and I will watch it again when I am on the Unions missions.

I used the Strv 103-0 for TD15 and the Maus for HT15.

Very nice video even tho I'm on chimera right now... Those missions seem like malding simulator 2020 tbh. Anyway good work Raptor and maybe you should sugest which ones are better to be skipped than done ❤🔥

Thanks for making this! I’m 6/15 on 279e Union missions rn! Then I just need to do Chimera Coalition 15 with honors, and Bloc Chimera 9 (and Chimera Bloc 15 with honors to recover orders) and then I’ll have it! Tanks are 277, IS4, T100, IS7, 268V4, 430U, and LT432/703V2/T54mod1 (also have SU-14-2 researched but not bought)

Thank you for this video! Though I am nowhere near starting the grind, ( one mission from starting chimes missions-- got held up on the stupid armor blocked missions for a while) it will help when I get to that point! I have quite the grind to get vehicles and such to get ready for that anyway. For class 1/ace games, is there somewhere that has somewhat current recent expected exp for each vehicle?

I don't think so about the class 1 things. I never searched something like that to be honest so I can't tell you for sure.

Nice tips, the main thing is to keep reseting the mission until you get a good battle, also you need to block the maps that are imposible to finish the mission on

Recommendation for the next video: Because not everyone is in a clan or has friends in the game, could you also mention how to do all of the missions solo?

Well then you have to replace "platoon / friends" with luck. that is sadly how it is :/ Getting 6 kills is then super random, except you really really tryhard to leach kills

I did 98% of the missions solo. If u r not interested in doing them with honours you can use some orders. I paid orders for the block 8 hits/per game for 5 battles and the top gun one. Spend the orders smart because in the end you may not be able to get the tank. This is the reason why I struggle with 260. Gl and don't have high expectations of this vehicle, you will be disappointed.

most people cannot do these missions anyways , half of them are luck based or you need a team to help, i'm sure it's cool when you get it, but for players like me, it's not even an option, i got 5200 pr, 49% win ratio and like 1200 avg wn8, i'm not even going to unlock a t55a most likely. i dont even bother trying, because i do 1200 dmg on avg, so not ever going to do the missions, no point wasting my time, or making my stats even worse trying

Well I am not really back. I think I just start to shift a bit my focus around. Such videos take longer but are like a long term investment in my opinion and I can live with that :) I do try to stay healthy tho :P

So 1 Month later I have managed to get the Union missions done using 1 order on no-13. Did not use all your suggestions but your advice was useful. Currently have 6 orders left.

I am okey indeed. I just had to get some stuff off of my chest and it did feel good. It also helped me to sort my thoughts and priorities. I'll now try to do less YT / WoT Content and focus for now on guides like the one you just saw and the news stuff.

Union-7 I did with full he ISU 152 and Obj 704 😌, currently I am two missions far from 279e - union-4 bouncing luck and the union 15 with honors

im here hopefully for the last time for the union set. the HE changes last year made union 7 basically impossible. thats all i have left to do. what would you recommend i try?

LT432 and try hunting tanks you can pen with HE, it still can work really well. Especially if you get a downtier and can stomp some tier 6s

As I said to the father guy, check reddit so you can platoon with similar skill mates!

@@RagingRaptor oh, another idea is to make certain map guides aswell! There are guides but most of them aren't updated and is something that most of the players really need, you can start by packs. Meds and heavies, TD and lights, etc.

Could the KV2 work as a good option for union 7? by being lower tier, there are more weakly armoured vehicles who might be susceptible to damaged modules and crew

Its Tier 8 + so KV-2 will not work

I haven't even got Excalibur done yet but I don't really make any effort to get the missions done, I think they're a big reason why so many people rage about tinfoil with this game. Think I've been stuck on the Bloc and Union blocking missions for almost a year now.

i am not purple just only green, I play only solo because after 10 years in wot now I am husband and father so no time for clan or friends in wot and I only have 4 missions done russian in 6 month. without the proper tank or platoon some missions are imposible. do you know who many times I ended malinovka/provororka with 0 scouting dmg because my time didn t want to shoot what I scout???

why dont you use Reddit world of tanks subreddit? is a good forum so you can check and look for more people to play, memes, etc. I saw a few hours ago a post called "Looking for seniors to play with, +65y.o". You can do the same with people with similar scheleude time!

Union 2 advice obviously isn't that viable anymore. But there is a p2w advice: Get Wot Plus and exclude one more diffcult map for the type of tank you're going to play.

You must have variety, if not to say all tanks from one nation and then go through all this pain, just to get one tank ? Makes sense, if that tank is am absolute OP seal-clubbing machine. But is this really a game we (You) want ? Let me quote Wikipedia: "A game is a structured form of play, usually undertaken for entertainment or fun" ... having fun clubbing seals ?

HT12 is a hard mission. You need some foolish enemies who shoot at you when they cannot pen. I did HT12 for T55A in VK100.01P and once I had the VK it happened quite fast. At first I tried Maus and T29 and the enemy would not shoot if they could not pen so I often got very little blocked dmg... or in the Maus they just spammed me with HEAT and I died very fast.

They aren't impossible but I do agree. A LOT of missions are way more luck based then skill.

@@mdellyd If u play like together and u do the kills thats not rigging. Imo, rigging would be, for example for a bounce Mission, to click battle at the same time, getting in the same battle and Not penetrate any Shot on Ur mate

Everybody in this game has different goals and priorities. I am sadly no younix or how he is written. I am no skill4ltu or Daki. I do rarely play the 279 but if I do, I want to try and perform as well as possible. That is my goal. And Prem rounds give me the highest chance to get the maximum out of each game as it has a higher chance of penning. You can play the 279 however you want, that is up to you. I would really like tho that you don't spread that much hate in the comments. Cheers Mate

@@RagingRaptor ..and i dont like you spread hate in form of prem.ammo against lower tiers, bc u want to get a stupid pixel ring. You think youre a good player? Here´s your personal challenge: get MoE´s without any prem.shell shot. WG should remove prem.ammo from the calculations for MoE and the heatspammers would be reduced alot.

@@c_s___2970 iyouxin did 3 mark the 279e without using any prem but I am not sure anyone else is good enough to do it. I also dislike prem ammo and wish the game was balanced around normal ammo but it isn't. I quit the game for years because of prem spam but now I am back playing wot I just accept it. It is part of the game so accept it or do not play wot.
