We are so good at imaging what we want in our future. The near future. The distant future. We pine and hope and visualize how great it would feel to have all those things we ever wanted. Some of us even have a board dedicated to how the results look.
Well, GOODBYE vision boards and HELLO action! It's great to know what we want, but when it comes time to attain them, looking at them wont get us any closer to them. It is time to make moves. If our vision has no action, then it is just a wish!! When our 'why' shines in our vision, we are now able to take action towards it.
To develop our goals, we have to be able to know what we are working towards. Strong goals should: push, scare, and excite us! If they aren't then we are still in our comfort zone. There is nothing wrong with that... we just can't expect to have different results, if we continue to do the same thing. That would be too easy.
When we have objectives, the real action begins! They are the who, what when, where, and how we are going to get what we want; what we deserve. Objectives are the embodiment of our physical indicators of success. When we create measurable instances, we quantify our victories.
So now their is only one question left...
