Downloaded QBS software and couldn't get it to connect to the tiny movement, no picture. You didn't say what to do other than making sure the tiny is acknowledged in computer settings (done), use the software, do I need to find a video on how to use QBS software?

Can the webcam be connected to a 2018 iPad Pro? It has a USB female and the attachment for the iPad extension is a USB female as well. Thus will need to purchase a different cord with a USB male from the webcam out or a male-to-male connector. Looking for those now on Amazon. Question though does their software install on an iPad Pro?

I am having an issue with my Tiny 4K. I set and name the presets and once the PC is rebooted, I have to set them up again. I cannot see why this is happening. TIA for any advice, Tony.

that is done in the software of the streaming app you use like skype, teams, zoom etc.

What app do you use to replay recordings? I'm using a Macbook Pro 2020 and cannot get it to replay Obsbot recordings in the apple movie app.

Maybe try to restart and update your computer if needed... if not working you can try to access it in device manager. If still having issues you will need to contact them!

How do you get the product connected to the Wi-fi? I just put one of these up from the pond shop but mine's a little bit taller than yours I think it's the second version of this product anyways I downloaded the app that it looks like that that's part of it and looks like there's a way to connect it to the Wi-Fi but I don't know how to?

Does it automatically tilt down when your computer stops using the video feed? What about when you unplug or power off?

@@DigitalDavid I bought it and requested this feature. They added it in firmware a few months later. Camera autosleeps and points down when you stop using it.

We have since misplaced this webcam LOL but it worked great while we had it! Hopefully wherever it ended up it is still up and running!
