Racing is supposed to be fun, and the YPM (Yamaha Past Masters) series always looked like fun. Old little TZR250's, fairly basic rules and elbows out. So Dave blagged a bike for a weekend at his local track s he could go racing against his mates.

damn ..... i used to own a reverse cylinder tzr ..... wish i still had it / and all the other smokers :( i do miss two strokes - the sound the smell and everything else inbetween! excellent upload mate - thank you!

Gone is the day of the 800 pound,, tzr,, rgv 250,, but it's probably the best way to get involved in running a race motorcycle,, with a good psddock of friendly people,,, from Northern Ireland great viewing ☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️☘️

My frist race bike and still have it with a stage 3 yec full race kit,new rebuilt stan Stephens engine,just finishing a full nut and bolt rebuild 😁very fast machine

Ah I remember many many years ago you and Andy at the other bike shop and Andy talking about helping you with a zxr400. He was always a decent bloke to me and my brother.
