11/2 kg beef kalitiran
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup flour for dredging
1whole minced garlic
2medium size minced onions
4pcs bay leaves
Strands of oregano
2Tbsp tomato paste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup cane vinegar
1/4 kg of potatoes
2 medium size carrots
2 large sliced bell pepper
1/4 cup calamansi juice
1/2Tbsp sugar
1Tbsp salt

I truly enjoy watching the two of you. Your sense of humour is hilarious. And your relationship is impeccable. I am very impressed. That is what cooking should be and all about. It should be fun and enjoying. And of course - masarap yung mga recipes ninyo. Yan ang mga authentic recipes that we Filipinos have on our table - ordinary or even for special occasions. Yes , you have the classic and original recipe of mitsado o mechado! Many vlogs omitted the very first procedure of the recipe by dismissing of inserting the pork lard o taba to the beef meats! Congratulations!

Ang sarap paborito ko talaga ang lutong kapangpangan..dalaga pa ako noon nagtratrabaho ako kay Mrs Corazon Aquino..doon na rin ako nagboboard kasama nang mga workers nila..Ang talagaluto nila ay napakasarap nyang magluto..I even make friend to her family super bait nilang family... ❤❤❤ watching you here in USA and followed ypur recipe.
