Thank you for this! I've recently been diagnosed with OCD though experiencing on and off for years, but the pandemic really made it compound and come out. It started with relationship OCD, then morphed into health OCD after a brief stint in the hospital and developed all these somatic compulsions. The sleeping bit especially hit home. I felt I was in the thick of it when I began recovery, and would obsess over the perfect sleep schedule, and became obsessive about what I'm eating. I would say I'm at my personal midpoint, and this helped tremendously!
