Octatrack and Digitakt jam - Morning Walk

Жыл бұрынIn this video, I'm using the Elektron Octatrack and the Digitakt to make some lofi hip-hop.
The drums were performed via the Digitakt, I recorded and prepared most things using Reaper with a bunch of plugins, relying heavily on Cableguys Shaperbox 3, UAD plugins for mixing and some VST's that I wrote myself.

So dope, great work. How are you doing the scratch effect bc it's sick?

Thanks man, I really appreciate it! The Octatrack let's me assign the play rate of a sample to the fader, so when it's on the left its normal and when it's pulled to the right it plays backwards. With a bit of practise you can get it to sound like a vinyl scratch.

Haven't found any bugs just yet, from my experience it's very reliable and the latency is virtually unnoticeable.
