Guy walks into a bar with an octopus under his arm and sets it on top of the counter. He says "Anyone that can hand this octopus a musical instrument it cannot play, I will give you $5,000." The first person hands it a trumpet. The octopus takes a look, then spins it around, looks at it then proceeds to play it like Louie Armstrong. The 2nd person brings it an acoustic guitar. Again, the octopus checks it out, spins it around, checks it out again, only to strart strumming it to the likes of Eric Clapton. The 3rd guy brought up a set of bagpipes and the octopus shows a bit of interest. He grabs ahold of it, spins it around, spins it around, checks it out, spins it around, spins it around......After a while the 3rd person says "Obviously this octopus has no clue how to play the bagpipes." The octopus looks up and says to the man "Play it? I'm going to fuck it once I can figure out how to take it's pajamas off."

I can hardly imagine how much work it took to film this alone. Siting places to place the camera, getting it set up, going back out of shot, getting the (hopefully only one) take, and then editing all of that into a believable narrative. Very well done.

Chris you did your octopus almost exactly they way we do but I boil mine in orange juice and a little lemon juice and it makes it so much more tender. They i just dust it with my favorite seasoning before grilling. You made me hungry. Time to drag out the dive gear.😁

Eye really like it when you post something new. Crabbing looks like a tough sport to be successful at, have watched you pull so many empty pots. The octopus dish looked fantastic. the swag tent post is a great idea i saw it a while ago on your channel , I just mounted 2 tent posts in the middle of each end of my boat and a rope attached with a tarp thrown over and its a tent on water.

I think that boat is a 5 meter Brooker with a 50 yamaha tiller. Any simple open tinny with a floor for sleeping on will do the trick. I do the same sort of stuff on a 4.1 meter open tinny . Just get one and go!

@@ChrisBamman79 Hi, Chris, my grandfather owned a farm northern side of the river, a place called Rock Hill with a lot of the sandstone cliffs & overhangs, caves etc. I spent lots of time there as a kid about 65- 70 years ago.It helps one understand some of the DREAM TIME stories I think. Too cold for me now.

Lived in sydney for almost a decade. Went fishing and camping to the max an foreigner could dream of. Looking at this video, brings them good memories back. Hello from the UK. I love watching your vids. It's clear how much time, effort and care you take setting up your shots. It's very professionally done. Whilst a narration would certainly be fun, one of the great and unique things about your vids is the lack of commentary. It gives it a much more intimate feel. I wish we could do what you do in the UK. It's too cold and there isn't enough free wilderness!
