Octopus in Italian is simple and delicious. To prepare octopus, we will need tentacles of prepared octopus in vacuum packaging (this is a cooked product ready to eat). But to make it unforgettably tasty, cut the octopus into thin pieces. Next, fry 4-5 cloves of finely chopped garlic in a frying pan with vegetable oil. / 30 seconds.. Then add finely chopped fresh parsley and 80 g butter. Continue frying for another 1 minute.. Then remove from heat and immediately place in a clean plate (this will stop the process of frying food). To save time at the very beginning of cooking, cut the washed potatoes into thin rings and place them in a baking dish. Next, sprinkle with salt, potato seasoning, pour olive oil and place in the oven for 35 minutes/200C. At the end, if necessary, increase the temperature to 250C, upper double heat of the oven, to bake the top of the potatoes until golden brown. Then place the potatoes on a napkin to remove excess vegetable oil. Now place the potatoes on a dish and sprinkle with fresh herbs (dill). Place the octopus with garlic and parsley on the potatoes, pour over the sauce that was formed when frying the food. At the end, sprinkle with a little lemon juice. Cooking octopus is not difficult if you use already cooked octopus tentacles. Cook fresh octopus over very low heat (at approximately 92C) for 30-60 minutes - at the rate of 40 minutes per 1 kg of raw octopus weight. Otherwise, the octopus will turn into rubber, which means it will cease to be a product for use in cooking. The dish presented today is the fastest recipe, except for baking the potato base.
