The latest news in odb world.Long time since my last video but im still here 😀.A lot has happened,unfortunately xr650r and husky 401 had to go.Strange how memories often seem better than they really were.When i built the Xr650r i was hoping it would be how I remembered but as with age it was so much harder to ride and enjoy, the husky was a great bike but a bit small for 2. Then Honda brought out the new Transalp so here it is 👍.

Wow! Nice new bike! I like that color too. And it sounds soooo nice. This should increase your motorcycling enjoyment with out taxing the old body so much.

@@2manyrides hi be a long time since i put vid up glad you still here , do watch your from time to time 👍. Ye back and hip giving me problems even at 45 so trying to preserve. Transalp very comfortable and able to take wife with me . 😀

Nice bike! Sounds like you need to uncork it? Probably like my “California only” XR650R and is all choked out from the factory. My 650 had an exhaust outlet the size of a CRF100f and the performance was absolutely awful. I bought the HRC end cap insert, ripped out the smog crap and jetted it and it leaves 450’s in the dust on the pavement. Other than supermotoring your old 650R it looks like you took the best route. Better enjoy your wife getting on the bike with you because mine won’t 😂. Good to see ya back!

@@wonderbread2364 thanks pal 👍. Ye i could just see i wasn’t going to use it was very sad to see it go though . The 600 is my go to bike but needed something my wife could come with me . May look in to putting pipe on transalp after running in 😀

@@OldDirtBikes - Yes sir happy wife happy life😊. I would sell my 650R too and buy something else if my wife would go with me! Especially if I had an XR6 honey still on the side! I honestly think I like the tractor power and easy riding of the 600R better anyways, they just feel lighter to me for some reason.
