Eeekkkkkkkkkkkk number! I've been to Bombay canteen the last time I was in India and did find all serving staff to be Marathi - that itself was so refreshing - very polished staff. And to know that he has such fabulous other brands and a Marathi mulga!!! ❤ Fabbb

I know what it was like for restaurant owners during covid. Restaurant business is one of the toughest business. हा व्हिडिओ पाहून खूप आनंद झाला. एका मराठी माणसाने मिळवलेले यश पाहून अभिमान वाटला. सर्व काही छान, परंतु एकच गोष्ट खटकली. आता उगाच मी मराठी माणसालाच मागे खेचत आहे, पाय ओढत आहे, उगाच नावे ठेवत आहे असे कुणी समजू नये. तुमचे इंग्रजी खूप स्पष्ट आहे, हिंदी ही चांगली आहे पण मराठी बोलताना जरा अवघड जात आहे असे जाणवले (बोलण्याची सवय नसल्याने असे होते). काही व्याकरणाच्या चुका देखील दिसून आल्या. मुंबईत जन्म होऊन, पुण्या-मुंबईत संपूर्ण आयुष्य जाऊनही आजकालच्या मुलांना मराठी बोलायला जड जाते हे पाहून दुःख होते. या गोष्टीवर छेडले असता छाती बाहेर काढून हे मुख्य कारण दिले जाते की माझे खूप मित्र मैत्रिणी अमराठी असल्याने माझे मराठी तितके चांगले नाही. 😅 मग मनात विचार येतो, ज्या गोष्टीची लाज वाटायला पाहिजे त्या गोष्टीचा अभिमान काय बाळगताय.

Good u r focusing on high ended grow.. but a small story for you I was traveling from Satara to Mumbai with ST. And we got to know one conductor who was women managing so well and she was so passionate about her work and customer were so happy with her experience which she was managing with home which too big nowadays and giving 100% which to odd wata for me. Which u can focus on that too not only presenting which ur subscriber category is...

छान एपिसोड. Bombay Canteen मधे मी आधी गेले आहे मुलांबरोबर. खूप आवडलं होत. twist केलेल्या भारतीय पदार्थांनी नक्कीच impress केलं होत. तेव्हा ती अगदी नविन आईडिया होती. तेव्हाच आम्ही चौकशी केली तेव्हा कलाल होत की कोणी New York हून chef नी येऊन हे रेस्टोरेंट चालू केलं आहे. आपल्या तोकड्या कल्पनाशक्तीमुळे अस वाटलं की कोण्या गोऱ्या chefचीही idea आहे. आज इतक्या वर्षांनी हे कळल की हे एका मराठी मुलाच आहे. अभिमानाने उर भरून आला. Ugich Marathi Marathi mhanun sahanbhuti nako....pahele sagli kade Mumbai naav de dukanana.....which is official and original name. Marathi pan ase bolato jase kay 5-6 varshancha mulga....Jai Hind Jai Maharashtra
