I make Hellboy’s Samaritan gun (hand cannon?). This is not just a big hunk of foam, it’s mostly made from styrene plastic, it breaks open, and the cylinder can spin!

These are oversize pictures, make sure you print at 100% for full scale, or change the size to fit your cosplay.

yes the exposed casings would be very bad, the casings are for holding the powder charge, but without the cylinder to reinforce the casing you would get a rather spectacular metal failure, brass is very soft, when the charge is ignited it expands the brass to seal the end of the chamber, which is why you have to resize it when reloading

Here's an idea for a build: Lee Van Cleef's single action Army "Buntline Special" from the 1965 Spaghetti Western, "For A Few Dollars More." ... the one with a 10" barrel and the add-on shoulder stock :)

I'm gonna try and make one of those, bro. I LOVE THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY, BRO. Me and my grandpa would watch it all the time before I moved out. If I could, I would watch it with him again, but his copy doesn't work, so I'm gonna go in search of another. And maybe make him one while I'm at it, like I made him a Championship belt that his favorite wrestler had. I just gave it to him for his birthday, he's 80, but doesn't look it. I want to be that way when I'm that old: be that old, and still be intimidating. I kid you not, he looks like he could scare Rambo.
