Since its so easy and apparently your a vocal elitist, frontman your own band. Get as famous as them and then go on stage and scream every single lyric to every single song for 40 minutes for a couple months in that heat while jumping around. Then tell me its easy. Yeah it's easy when you bitch around with a few lines and yeah its easy when you type it from behind a screen. But I don't see you doing any better so you really have no room to talk guy Carlos Marquez

Being a vocalist (unclean and clean) I know that screaming takes a lot out of someone. Don't blame Austin for only doing half of it, because it's fucking hard. Listen to Mike from TDWP live, Prada is one of THE best live bands out there but they put it ALL on the stage, and sometimes that results in being out of breath. It takes a lot to scream, even for seasoned guys like Mike and Austin. But they still do it to appease all of you, so please, just listen to the music and respect the people who make it to please others.

In all honesty I think that Austin's voice has deteriorated since their first album. Listen to a song from their first album, then listen to the studio version of this song. You'll hear a huge difference.
@itsjustme16169 жыл бұрын
It's not that his voice has deteriorated at all. He is using a different style of screaming first and foremost. Austin stated he couldn't keep screaming the way he used to because by the tail end of tours he didn't have a voice and performing was difficult. So he figured out a scream that was more natural to him that allows him to make it through a whole tour without destroying his voice.
@itsjustme16169 жыл бұрын
Secondly his voice has changed in general just as a person his voice has gotten deeper. So now his scream is deeper. Which then circles around to my first point, if his voice has changed (which it has), he would need to adjust his vocals so he didn't destroy his voice. So many great screamers ruined their vocal chords by not using vocal methods that were natural to their voices after a few years of touring. Caleb Shomo of Beartooth (ex Attack Attack) admitted the same thing. The late Mitch Lucker formerly of Suicide Silence ruined his voice before he passed away.

Ever since Aaron joined the band, they have just been going downhill with their live performance. Back in 2012-2013, Austin was so energetic on stage and would actually scream at least 90% of the song instead of like 50% like this one. You could hear the passion in his voice. Hell, you could even see it when he went on stage. But now, even when I go to their concerts, I feel like it's not as great as it used to be back before Aaron joined the band.
@two_another9 жыл бұрын
+Pranta Dey i believe it's because austin hurt his voice back in 2011 and he can't scream as much now. i know it kinda sucks but he has to or else he'll injure his voice worse.
