One of my favourite songs. I always include it in the Lone Descent playlist as song number 5. Fits perfectly!

This beautiful song will hunt me forever...i knew it for a while but on January 16th I just rediscovered it and I felt the need to listen to it repeadetly and cry out loud...I thought is just my depression, even though it did not manifest like this...had no idea that around that time my ex-boyfriend was trying again to reconnect with me, to say goodbye...but I left him years ago no possibility, and it remained just an attempt, his final attempt to say Goodbye...On January 20th I was informed he commited suicide...around 17th or 18th January, still not clear...a cancer called love...

it was so hard for me to write to her. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for 2 months, just from hopelessness and psychosis, which I can’t stand ignoring her. although seems to have quit and smoked no more than 3-4 cigarettes a week for about 2 years. she absolutely ignored and contemptuously called me a stalker, and for leaving a note on her door. and the fact that I wrote something offensive and antisocially dangerous to her, she wrote to the police and I was transferred to a psychiatric hospital. about a pack of cigarettes a day... she ghost me 10 years theoretically, everything couldn’t be so bad and I could bargain and stand up for myself so as not to get into a psychiatric hospital, but I couldn’t believe that she would just look at me with icy indifferent eyes like a police officer humiliates and fucks me and then says that send you to a psych ward. and she even smiled and called me rubbish. i really cant belive that. Maybe I really can have a cancer called love

The lyrics of this song are a verbatim monologue from this film.

Four years ago a fan had a similar interpretation of the In Ruin song “I Still Wonder” - kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ZtOiecqUutSyhGw.html The visuals convey the pain of lost love and loneliness - so, I think it works in both contexts. Always look forward to your video content my friend!

Good work. But I do prefer the trio Kim Larsen + Win Wenders + Fritz Lang.

Sure it's artistic, but it's inherently creepy and obsessive. You ain't gonna find love with a grip that tight. Ease up Kim.
