Her Instagram channel @sovereignandoffgrid876 has rocketed to over 100,000 followers in less than a year thanks to her useful tips that cover everything from prepping in 2023 to off-grid living with a healthy dose of Jamaican herbal remedies thrown in for good measure too.
In this two-part interview, Fastina chews the fat with the Exodus Collective's Zoe Smith on embracing slow living, and adapting a minimalist lifestyle. The pair also discuss the realities of adapting to life in the Caribbean, returning to Jamaica and relocating as a single mother with young children in tow too.

Learn about ram pump they work by pressure from the spring it self . Don't expect that it works like an electric pump . But it deliver water for free

You can also use that water for electricity. You would need a hydro generator e, electric wire batteries and a mttp inverter . No more national grid .
