Offgrid europe offer design and manufacturing of power containers for installation companies, resellers, integrators and end user installations. System size ranges from 10foot to 40foot, with options for bigger systems with multiple containers joined together via secure steel ducting.
System integration is carried out by qualified electricians who are familiar with industrial design and manufacturing. We can commission CAD wire diagrams and 3D drawing of systems or work on client specificaiton, for example building pre-assembled BTS power plants.
Our workshop is fully kitted to work with steel, including cutting, welding and bending. We offer the options for galvanizing or powerdercoating of our internal framework, customize the internals of any shipping container to meet the clients needs. The 600m2 workshop facility is able to handle production of 4 x 20 foot containert at any given time, with a turn over time pr container down to 1 week depending on the specifications. We have the tools to handle and move components and containers around safely to ensure maximum effeciency. For larger orders we can scale up production taking on more outsourced staff through our electrician and builder network.
Systems can be fully insulated and air conditioned ensuring a full life cycle for battery system in hot climates. All switchgear components are top quality brands such as ABB, Jean Muller, Rittal, ensuring a quality product for the end client.
Due to our construction process, our containers travel with a valid TUV, meaning that no external modifications are made and that containers can be loaded to any part of the ship. This saves money on transport and improves shipping compliance resulting in a safer and faster delivery. If required we can offer a door to replace the existhing right hand door with a security door with emergency exit bar.
Offgrid europe offer secure packing and shipping of goods which often come from a series of manufactures. Our packing methods allow for transport into offgrid locations with challenging road conditions.
Containers can be pre-packed with solar panels, batteries, cables and switchgear, precommissioned and programmed and include toolkits relevant to the installation to ensure that the remote location will experience few is any installation problems.
