If you begin to have excessive wheel spin in uphill loose dirt or snow situations, select manual shift/sport mode and up shift the third gear. It will go right on up!

According to the Volvo forums I read, you do need at least a 2000 mile break-in for Drive-E engines to get the rated MPG.

If people are asking why you would take a Sport Utility Vehicle off road, perhaps they are not sure what an SUV is. Perhaps they're confusing an SUV with a cross over.

I've been looking at the Q5 and came across the XC60 as comparable vehicle as you mentioned in the video. One similarity I noticed between these two is the out of date infotainment system. No touch screen is absurd these days. I guess I will have to look at the X5 or GLA for something with a more updated infotainment system. Preferably something with Apple CarPlay. Any suggestions?

Check out the Jaguar F-Pace and Mercedes GLC 300. I've been shopping around and there are a lot of good options out there. The XC60 has an option for Apple CarPlay, I was just at Volvo today lol.

I have a 2013 D5 se lux nav and apart from touch screen it beats the other touch screen equipped more modern cars I've had, hands down...I'll live without it :)

I had a '16 EL King Ranch, and still think it was the best vehicle I bought. It was much better than the Escalade I currently have.

Missing the point. Test both before you lay down things like this. Once you have tried how comfy this is. It’s really up to you. But do not deny objective facts like lower nvh and better safety.
