In this episode, Alexander, Erin, and I arrive in South Africa for AfricaBurn, a BurningMan regional event. We pick up our RV in Cape Town and head for 8 hours through unpawed roads deep into the desert. With some luck, we don't blow a tire and manage to arrive at sunset. For the next several days, we're without reception enjoying our time.

Sorry for the unrelated question Samuel but I've been diagnosed with ADHD and I know you said you have ADHD too, and I'm wondering do you take medication for ADHD? If not, how do you manage to do so much and have such an impressive resume with physics olympiad medal winner, EPFL, Harvard, and MIT? I know you're insanely intelligent and hardworking besides the ADHD but still, that amount of achievements requires an insane amount of focus and I'm trying to decide if I should take medication for ADHD and it would be really helpful knowing how you manage it! Thank you Samuel and great video as always, I always love when you upload new video!

The first word is unintelligible, then he says "1945...Bombenstimmung!". _Bombenstimmung_ has no single word analog in english, but would translate into something like "mood was the bomb". I am guessing the unintelligible word could be some place in Germany, which was heavily bombed in 1945. The humorous ambiguity in describing the mood of this place as "the bomb", appears to be the intend of Alexander's statement. If you are unimpressed by his efforts, please consider the joke had to be explained, and it had to be explained in a different language, and it had to be explained in a different language by someone who was procrastinating his studies by explaining a joke in a youtube video in manner that is formal and breaks the fourth wall towards the end.
