@@_theduckofdeath_ That sketch is about racism, additionally the main character never has any moments of self-awareness. Dave Chapelle did not invent the sketch show.

@@AngrySanta So what if "The Monsters" was about racism? Both skits could easily have been about racism, sexism, or prejudice against homosexuals. The premise is an individual member of a historically persecuted group feeling themselves a victim of these societal prejudices. The individuals, however, are not accountable for their actions and engage in questionable behavior that affects how others treat them. No, Chappelle did not create the sketch comedy format. He did pave the way or shows like Key & Peele. The success of Chappelle Show and the way it abruptly ended woke up at least a few TV execs. A void was left on Comedy Central. Key & Peele benefited directly (on the same network), with a far larger budget, and creative freedom.

Ummmm Jordan is also playing a gay man in this sketch, with a normal voice. Keegan's not doing a "gay voice", there's no such thing, he's doing an overly sexual diva voice or something like that. That's kindof part of the whole sketch
