Obviously an insurrection can only take place at the site of the legislative government. And arguably at the site of the executive branch. Since it is about overthrowing the government . The students at the colleges didn’t even attempt to overthrow the college presidents. They just camped illegally on private property where they otherwise had the legal rights to be at. With such nonsense, you’re only revealing that you never were close to attend college.

Well, the people own the nuclear missile silos too… Perhaps you should try to trespass and breach into one of those too? (NO DON’T!!!). And write to NASA and ask why they refuse to send you to the ISS, since that’s the people’s property too! Everyone understands that you may not enter the Capitol without passing a security checkpoint. And everyone knows that you can make an appointment to meet with your representative or his staff, and hence don’t have to violate all kinds of laws to visit the Capitol.

Ask the Chair of the House Subcommittee on Oversight, Barry Loudermilk, why he did not have Pelosi testify before the Subcommittee investigating the Jan 6 committee investigation. Simple. She had no roll and that would have been made very public and embarrassing to the Chairman.
