@@johnnyblingg nope it's always been a hall of famer every time I watched it cause they are the ones welcoming them in & from one of the speeches I think Shaq he said he wanted someone else but they were taken that year so apparently it's only 1 per year also for the person welcoming them in but the new hall of famer can have multiple people themselves if no one else wants them. how they decide who get's who I don't know if 2 of them want the same one.

Thats absolutely true ...I saw many many clips of Isaiah Thomas ...He has been laughing , he has been crying ... The man was left out of the dream team , but today ( in my view ) he is the real goat above Michael Jordan , because he is not playing in a ' dream team ' , but he is surely the icon and towering hero of the " life team" ....God bless this gentleman that were inducted in the hall of fame ...He is a remarkable young man .. He had the right 2 guys on stage ...Isaiah Thomas and Charles Barkley ...My 2 favourite ex players ...🙏🙏🙏

@@jeremyvanbriesies1940Just because you like a player doesn’t indicate he’s a GOAT. Isaiah Thomas wasn’t even the best player in the NBA at any point of his career. Never. He wasn’t even the best point guard at any point. But if he’s simply one of your favorites, that can’t be argued.

I wish he could. Old age truly sucks in the sense that a lot of these guys are still with us and would love to get out there and play some more but can't. It's good to appreciate the time that they did play though.

Isiah and Chuck did not see that coming, C Webb was letting emotions flow. What a great speech, giving such props to his peers, I dont remember seeing a player thank his older ones so personally and close to tears. What an amazing speech. C Webb is really one of a kind, this was 100% from the heart. What a legend, such poise, strength and wisdom coming from him. Will go down probably as the best Hof speech in the history of the game simply because of how emotional his messages to Zeke and Chuck were

GREAT SPEECH. My take away is Isiah Thomas. The man is an inspiration to many Detroit players. Went into the hood besides being a star and gave back to the community.

Hell yeah, it's about damn time that Chris Webber has finally been enshrined into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame!!!! He's also the only one from the University of Michigan Fab Five to be in there. Maybe Juwan Howard might be next as a coach. 🏀💯

Chris, you were robbed of an NBA championship along with one of the greatest teams ever assembled. However, you are a champion in life and that is something greater than sport. Thank you for the many years you put into the sport and giving us memories we will share for the rest of our life.

He put the POWER in power forward at Michigan. Most dominant PF in the country. Everyone today is wearing long basketball shorts and made wearing black sneakers cool because of his Fab Five team.

Isiah Thomas is the greatest thing to ever happen to Basketball. The media and marketing hype is behind MJ. But the game needs more people like Isiah. If there is even basketball in places like India and China it is because of Isiah Thomas ❤️

Jason Williams to Chris Webber is STILL to this day, one of the GREATEST one two punches in NBA history. Williams was the LIGHTNING, Webber was the THUNDER. Chris Webber is one of the strongest, most powerful players EVER. Congratulations Chris. I sure miss watching those explosive dunks. Chris Webber and the Fab Five are a pioneering group in the sport of basketball. A 6-9 forward ripping the board and starting the break was unprecedented at the time (Derrick Coleman was the other prototype forward to do it!) Well deserved entry into the HOF! 💯💯🏀🏀🏆🎖

Prob one of the best HOF bunch. So much inspirations, dedications, hardships and making us aware mental issues with players. Having listen these four gentlemen’s speeches are like going through much in life. Pierce got stabbed and almost die, Bosh’s mental health issues could have easily took him away, Webber was miss interpreted in many ways early in his career and Big Ben from undrafted to HOF through nothing but working tirelessly. These guys are real role model for youngsters these days.

He should've been in the Hall. He's much more deserving than "other''s" who were inducted before him. And he is severely underrated; has been his entire career. Should've made a minimum of 10 all-star games. I'm glad that he finally got his well deserved flowers.
