I've said this before, take Edge, Orton, Theory & Riddick Moss (who's still on the roster) and make them a new version of Evolution. Just bring Edge over to RAW via the draft. Orton's already there. I suspect they're calling up Theory from NXT. And just yell down to catering and have Moss join them.

Guys used in the way Jim described are the ones you use as Face or Heel depending on what they need to be at the time.

Would they though?? It wouldn't last long. Jim is totally ignoring the huge child audience that shows up to WWE shows. You have to have something to also draw them in because THAT'S where most of your merchandise revenue comes from: kids who get their parents to buy their favorite wrestling merchandise. That's why the New Day and John Cena got so over and both made a TON of money off if merchandise sales, especially the New Day. Jim complains about their "goofy gimmick", but misses the fact that those 3 guys were over like hell, could put on good matches, were entertaining and drew money. That's why Vince kept them around because they brought in cash. Jim misses this, and his views are too stream lined in the old ways. Love Uncle Jim, but sometimes he doesn't see the forest for the trees.
