If my memory severs me correctly, didn't Jim say he was going to take his gun and shot Brock Lesnar instead of fight him? Over an incident with Lesnar and Jim wife Stacy. Gun control!

One of the earliest versions of french toast has been traced back to the Roman Empire. The name “french toast" was first used in 17th-century England. The recipe - and name - were brought to America by early settlers. In France, the dish is called “pain perdu," meaning “lost bread."

No, Bill Everett wrote and drew Sub-Mariner in MARVEL #1, which predates a teenage Stan. Stan wouldn't have touched Sub-Mariner for a few years and wasn't even at Timely for a couple more years. Stan's first 2 piece text piece is in Captain America Comics #10.

You never know what Corny will make me look up. French toast dates back to at least the 4th century, and is in a Roman cookbook. It's name in French is 'pain perdu,' which literally means "lost bread." Lost bread is now a slang term in France for a sunk cost. The French don't eat it for breakfast.
