For a long time, I agree ever since 2016. But 2018 struck that culture back at us which was good. Hopefully they can incorporate that into Miss Universe 2019

I, like thousands of Brazilians, felt ashamed during the Miss Universe 2011. It was an overdose of clichés about the country.I imagined that the candidates would visit the whole country in the activities of the contest, but they only stayed in São Paulo. photographs were made on the beaches of the State of São Paulo that are dreadful during the winter (the contest was at the end of September and we are in the southern hemisphere) and the Misses were embarrassed with the chosen bikinis that were of a local brand and had bolder cuts and fair in relation to what is used outside the country. The musical performances were also embarrassing. Claúdia Leite is the queen of other people's shame and Bebel Gilberto was drunk. As much as the carnival in the city of São Paulo has grown in the last few years in a gigantic and sustainable way in the past few years now rivaling that of other cities like Rio de Janeiro, Recife and Salvador, there are thousands of other cool things in the city, in the state and country.
