A good coach always protects his fighter. It's part of the reason coaches are supposed to be experienced. Idk how that kid weighs 112 but I don't even box. It looked like he weighed 130. Imo he should've gotten on a scale but shouldn't all of them?

It gets tiring seeing so many kids trying to immulate the shoulder roll stance (probably bc of Mayweather) and yet not use any of the built In defensive moves that the style was intended for.

Lol like what only thing I use a shoulder roll for is to setup a right hand to counter if not I don't shoulder roll I simply dodge or move around I see so many boxers just stand they need to use their feet more

The Philly shell is improperly used because of the user is unaware of the style of boxing one has to use whilst applying it. I use it primarily for defense and or counters check my channel out. I’m not the best boxer but I do love using it

@@Notfakeultra I'm sure there are plenty of names and modified names for different stances, needful to say that the "L guard" has no immediate defensive recourse other than the Philly shell, otherwise you have to bring that hand up that you've habitually had down. Essentially, from the perspective of offense and defense; someone being in that stance serves no purpose if they aren't utilizing the built in functions that were established in the Philly shell style. Imagine Pacquiao having that stance, Mike Tyson, winky wright, the list goes on. It has no real application for explosive offensive, it's a defensive posture. And without using those attributes it serves as a means to get knocked out by offensive fighters. Ask Adrian Broner when he fought Marcos Maidana, he held that stance(L guard) and was dismantled, but why? he was used to being offensive and posturing back into that stance without any real defensive maneuvers outside of natural reactions like backing up , he didn't sit behind his shoulder like Mayweather or James toney, he would actually have his chin up with his shoulder up, which I notice these kids do, why? Because they don't understand the mechanics behind that stance , they see guys they like and they do a poor imitation.

Pajama boxer supposed to be 112 pounds, he clearly looks way bigger than that, so they called him out, and pajama boxers coaches tried to say he was 112 pounds which is a clear lie. Those coaches are 🗑️ events like these every boxer should be stepping on the scale to make it fair. Weight classes exist for a reason!

Idk if anyone will reply, but on the last spar, seeing how grey dude is poking the pops jab, I understand it’s not a bad strategy by deceiving the opp that he’s in range, my only question is, did grey shirt guy just not do it correctly. I notice when tank does it, he is far from reach, extending his arm giving a false sense of security. How would grey shirt dude fix it for next time?

Hey, gym location is always in the graphic at the beginning and end of videos! In this case, the gyms name is Ring of Hope, it’s located on 3506 Sunnyvale St in Dallas TX, and they spar Tuesday and Thursday. My other recommendation is Irving PAL located on 1005 N O’Connor in Irving TX. They spar Tuesday and Thursday as well. A good representation of their fighters is on this channel
